Your written report documents every defect and workmanship concern identified, with photographs and plain-language descriptions. Your inspector is available to walk you through the findings by phone.

If there is a visible building defect, workmanship concern or water damage matter at the centre of the dispute, we can provide an independent inspection and report.

We provide independent building damage inspections and assessments based on the insurer’s scope of works and associated claim documentation. We do not approve or process insurance claims — our role is to provide an independent account of visible damage and an assessment of the scope provided.
