Every Zoom BPI building and pest inspection includes a complimentary thermal imaging assessment, giving you a clearer picture of what’s happening inside the walls, not just on the surface.

Our inspectors examine the roof space, interior, exterior, sub-floor, and the yard area up to 30 metres from the home. Thermal imaging extends that coverage further, detecting termite activity, moisture intrusion, water leakage, and insulation gaps that standard visual inspection can miss.
